What makes this training unique?
We’ll give you 5 reasons why you should pick this 200 hr. yoga teacher training:
1. This program will not tell you what is right and wrong but rather allow you the space to learn from the teacher within
2. It’s experiential and transformative - if you’re feeling like it’s time for deep inquiry this training is for you

4. It’s 50% online. The training is neither a full intensive complete in 3 weeks nor a dragged on experience - you’ll be able to learn and then integrate in your everyday life which having a safe community to come back to

If I don't want to become a yoga teacher, is this 200 hour yoga teacher training still suitable for me?
Yes! This program is heavily designed in experiential learning - meaning that even if you never taught after this training you’d still find the program powerful and meaningful because you’d get to experience the power of yoga deep within. Many participants come just to have a deeper understanding of the practice and it’s ability to transform.
If I live in Toronto (or outside of Waterloo) can I complete this 200 hour yoga teacher training program?
Yes! The program is designed to make a 200 hr. teacher training program accessible to people at different stages in their life. You will need to attend the 8 day daily retreat in person but the rest can be completed virtually. We recommend finding somewhere within the Waterloo region to stay for the 8 day retreat so that you can focus solely on your own personal experience.
I'm brand new to yoga, is this training still right for me?
Yes! We will meet you where ever your starting point is. Yoga is NOT a practice of perfection, or expectation, or performance. It’s a practice of surrendering to what is. Our team can help support you make the practice powerful regardless of your level of practice.
What are my payment options?
You can either pay in full or pay in installments up until the end of the training. We recognize this training is a significant financial decision and we want to support you. Further options can be explored once you’ve applied.
If I need to miss a day of the training, is it possible to make up the time?
Yes - we’ll make it work. Life is in a constant flow and so too are we. All hours must be completed but on a per case basis we can adjust accordingly.
What does a day in the 200 hr. training look like?
The retreat days are extensive experience that begin at 9 AM and finish at 9 PM.
9 AM - 10:30 AM - Morning Practice
10:45 AM - 1:00 PM - Morning Session with Ariana
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM - Lunch
2:00 PM - 4:30 PM - Afternoon session with Ariana
4:30 PM - 6:00 PM - Guest experiences and practice
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Dinner
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Evening session
How physically demanding is this training?
It’s as vigorous as you’d like it to be. hustl + flow teachers know how to incorporate levels into each practice so that depending on how each individual participant is feeling at that time they can benefit from the practice.
Is there any work expected of me outside of the in-session time?
Yes - there are 20 hours of homework required to be complete outside of program session and on your time.
What is the refund policy?
The deposit of $700 is non-refundable however if we have to reschedule as a result of COVID a refund for that amount will be granted OR you can choose to move the deposit amount to a future training date. Once the training has begun no refunds will be granted.
When will the training be moved if needed due to COVID restrictions?
If the training dates have to move as a result of COVID restrictions the tentative dates will be: August 13th - August 22nd and the weekend #1 session will be moved to August 6th - 8th, weekend sessions #2 and #3 will be stay the same.
How will you ensure everyone stays safe during this training?
The following protocols will be put in place to ensure the safety of everyone for the length of the training:
All participants must receive a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the training beginning
The training will be complete outside in a canopy tent with fresh air circulating at all times and ample space
There will be temperature checks each morning of the retreat
Cleaning: We will provide cleaning wipes and hand sanitization at all times
Opt in for physical contact: we will use playful creative ways to interact outside of physical contact
