We will align your life with your purpose.

This retreat is a pause to remember the self that lives within you

The self that is constantly longing for your attention.

This retreat will call upon you to expand your range and remember that you are limitless.

Our time together is designed to move stagnant energy and then provide clarity.

this quest is yours if:

  • You don’t feel fulfilled where you are

  • You’re interested in learning about who you are and what drives you

  • You’re ready to transition but don’t know what’s next

this quest is not:

  • A weekend of pampering and relaxation (we have other retreats for that)

  • A friend’s or bachelorette getaway

  • This retreat space is in the heart of the Laurentians in Quebec

  • Located at a beautiful luxury chalet on a 8 acre property

  • This property is surrounded by small lakes and quiet spaciousness intended for you to disconnect and focus inwardly

  • How often do you take the time to put the people pleasing aside and do something that is just for you? Well this is it! A time to be with your most authentic self and celebrate that beautiful soul inside of you.

$1,200 early bird pricing (before january 31st)

 $1,500 regular pricing (after january 31st)

This cost includes your stay for 3 nights, all workshop material and content, as well as 8 nourishing meals.

After registration, you'll receive an email, and a $500 non-refundable deposit will be requested.

Payment in full is required by April 1st.

Once you register, I'll send along an email accepting your request to join - at which point your deposit will be requested.

    This training isn’t just a nice experience for 3 days or a quick getaway to feel better but it’s about doing exercises that will have a lasting impact on where you’re headed next and what the course of your life will be.

    You’ll have a chance to be coached -we’ll spend time finding your truth - not the truth of others or what you think you should be doing but your own authentic unique truth.

    You’ll have a chance to look at your shadows and the parts of you that hold you back from living a BIG extraordinary life.

  • None - just your curiosity and openness to step outside of your everyday life is needed.

  • Yes! There is. Our bodies is one of our greatest tools to access self insight and connect with our selves deeply.

    However - we meet you where you’re at. Meaning you don’t have to be at any strength or physical fitness level in order to attend and participate fully.
