Meet Yourself First, Then Become A Yoga Teacher

I got into yoga as a way to shut my mind off after stressful days in the office and only began practicing several times a week to simply counter-balance my hectic lifestyle. I initially signed up for Ari’s YTT after falling in love with her teaching style over the past two years and simply as a means to deepen my practice and learn more about the history of yoga. I did not think for a second I would ever be able to teach a class, let alone enjoy it. Ari’s YTT retreat opened me up in a way I did not think was possible. She is the perfect soft and tough energy, which allows her students to find parts of themselves they have been shying away from. Her philosophy is that you must first meet yourself and become comfortable with that person before being able to teach others and that’s what her YTT retreat allows you to do. If you are looking to push yourself, connect with others and have a truly transformative experience, I would recommend her YTT program. It goes way beyond simply learning postures and anatomy but also unleashes an entire spiritual side to your own practice and what you bring to the mat.
