Healing Through the Chakras

This module is inspired by the book eastern bodies, western minds. The chakras are one of many maps to understand the body and how to understand what your body is saying to you, what your body needs, what needs to be healed, and what needs attention. The chakras give a language to the energy that everywhere - within you and around you. You'll experience how to feel and connect with your own aura and energetic field.

Throughout this 50 hr. module you’ll experience:

  • A flow practice connected to each chakra

  • The vibrational force with each chakra

  • How to connect with the Chakras through Art

  • Reiki healing

You’ll learn:

  • Tools to nourish each Chakra

  • The archetypes of each Chakra

  • The energetic tendencies of each Chakra

  • How untended imbalanced Chakras can show up in disease

Dates: TBD

Location: You can attend this training virtually or in person. If you’re attending in person the training is held in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.

Cost: $400 CDN + HST if attending virtually and $500 CDN + HST if attending in person
