Ayurvedic Living Training

Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga and a healing art that can be used as a preventative tool and also as a tool to live in full alignment with your constitution and who you naturally are. This weekend program will be spent understanding how to cook ayurvedically, how to live in respect to the seasons and your constitution, and the process of disease from an ayurvedic perspective.

Throughout this 50 hr. module you’ll experience:

  • A yoga class designed for each dosha

  • Learn to make Kitchari

  • Learn to make a balanced meal with all six tastes

  • A ritual specific for your Dosha type

  • An Ayurvedic head massage

You’ll learn:

  • The Stages of Disease

  • The Six Tastes

  • How to Nourish all of the elements that are inside of you

  • An in depth understanding of each Dosha

  • How to know when a Dosha is out of balance

  • How to create more sattvic aligned habits

Dates: Weekend of June 10th, 2022 & June 17th, 2022

Location: You can attend this training virtually or in person. If you’re attending in person the training is held in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.

Cost: $400 CDN + HST if attending virtually and $500 CDN + HST if attending in person
