Restorative and Yoga Nidra Training

Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious sleep, where both inner and outer worlds are illuminated . In a state between awake and asleep unfolds the potential for the conscious directing force of awareness to turn in upon the deeper realms of the subconscious. The restorative practices of yoga can be extremely powerful, healing and create a deep personal relationship. Students will be guided to trust in the Seat of their inner teacher as we learn, practice and play with Script writing, facilitating and sharing together.

Throughout this 50 hr. module you’ll experience:

  • restorative yoga & its power

  • yin yoga & it's power

  • deep sleep yoga nidra

  • a sound bath

  • aromatherapy

You’ll learn:

  • Why relaxation works

  • The process of deep sleep

  • How to guide a student into Yoga Nidra

  • How to write a script

  • How to create a powerful restorative practice

  • The science behind restorative practices

  • How to sequence classes focused on hip release, spine, and lower back

You'll be given a manual with postures that you use to create classes & sequence

Dates: Weekend of September 10th and weekend of October 1st

Location: You can attend this training virtually or in person. If you’re attending in person the training is held in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.

Cost: $400 CDN + HST if attending virtually and $500 CDN + HST if attending in person
