A Leap Of Faith

I entered the YTT program without the intention of teaching yoga, just yearning for a journey of self-exploration. I find it difficult to put together words that adequately capture the magic involved, not letting perfect be the enemy of good, this my attempt to explain that which must actually be experienced. This journey stripped away my outer layers, shedding the physical things I define myself by, to find who I really am. I am now more connected to my mind, heart and body and how they are interconnected. My relationship with my emotions and feelings has been transformed, meeting them with non-judgmental curiosity. It changed the way thoughts pass through my mind, previously unaware of how cluttered my mind could be, I now see my thoughts with greater clarity. Challenging myself physically I have seen that the body is capable of so much more than I gave it credit for.

Inspired by the community around me and lessons learned I have welcomed a new period of growth into my life. Tearing down mental barriers that I placed on myself both on and off the mat. Now having reached the β€œend” of the training, it really feels like a beginning. I move forwards filled with a desire to share my experiences, teach yoga, and empower others to experience the magic.

Ari has a natural talent for holding space, space where you can be comfortable being uncomfortable. She will poke you towards your edge, and let you explore it.

If you have that feeling inside, that calls to you, like a longing for something greater, no matter how faint, I encourage you to take this leap.
