Deepen ultimately your relationship with yourself through the teachings of yoga.
This 300 hour program is Yoga Alliance Certified and consists of a 8 module collection that students can select from. Each module is a curated entry point to deepen your study of yoga.
In order to be certified, students must successfully complete 6 of the 8 modules.
format
Each module is 50 hours taught over 2 weekends.
There is an option to join either in person or virtually.
A weekend module will look like:
Friday - 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM EST
Saturday - 11 AM - 8 PM EST
Sunday - 11 AM - 8 PM EST

Attending in person - $500 (Only 8 spots available) per module
Attending virtually - $425 per module

Patrick The Osteo
Patrick Dunn is a licensed Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (DOMP), a Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT), and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN).
Anatomy is the foundation of osteopathy and a sacred science Patrick is passionate about. Treating the body as a whole, Patrick works alongside patients with the goal of assessing and treating the root cause of their ailments. With over 10 years of osteopathic education Patrick continues his studies in gross anatomy, neuroanatomy, fascial studies and embryology

If I haven't completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification, can I still sign up for these courses?
What is the timeframe for me to complete all six modules?
You must complete six modules within 2 years of your state date (the date of your first module.
Are there any modules that are required to complete?
Yes in order to graduate you must complete Advanced Anatomy as well as Living Yoga Off the Mat.
What qualifications do I get for completing this program?

Can I complete the entire 300 Hour program online?
Yes you can complete your entire designation virtually in your own home, at your own pace.
What is unique about this 300 Hour program?
Yoga is a deeply connected embodied practice - that can only be understood through the lens of your own experience and that’s how we teach. We teach through you understanding the multi dimensions that you are - experientially. Every time we step into the classroom we are co-creating the experience as a community. There is an emphasis of collective learning and a lot of space for deep wisdom sharing.
Will I miss out on the experience if I don't participate in person?
Collective energy is definitely palpable and powerful. However, we have found some really beautiful creative ways to ensure everyone attending will be considered and included.
What is the refund policy?
Once you sign up for the program your spot is reserved and is non-refundable. If however an unanticipated incident occurs and you are no longer able to attend the signed up weekend you can transfer the amount to another module.
Are there additional materials that I will need to purchase?
You will need a yoga mat of your choice, two blocks, a strap and blanket as well as a journal. All other materials are included. Manuals are included and will be either given to you the night of the training or mailed to you before the training begins.

There is an intelligence intuitive way to sequence the postures of a class so that the students can connect with deeper layers past the physical. You'll learn how to create mandala flows, non-traditional sequences, how to hold postures and still make the class extremely engaging, and how to use silence as your best tool for connection. We'll spend time on understanding your personal strengths and gifts as a teacher and how to utilize those gifts so that your classes are compelling, uniquely special and influential.
