Deepen ultimately your relationship with yourself through the teachings of yoga.

This 300 hour program is Yoga Alliance Certified and consists of a 8 module collection that students can select from. Each module is a curated entry point to deepen your study of yoga.

In order to be certified, students must successfully complete 6 of the 8 modules.


format

Each module is 50 hours taught over 2 weekends.

There is an option to join either in person or virtually.

A weekend module will look like:

Friday - 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM EST
Saturday - 11 AM - 8 PM EST
Sunday - 11 AM - 8 PM EST


cost

Attending in person - $500 (Only 8 spots available) per module

Attending virtually - $425 per module

(The entire program can be done virtually)

Ariana Novak

Ariana has been leading retreats & programs for people to connect with the seat of their heart for years. She’s taught over 5,000 hours of yoga classes and completed over 2,000 hours of worth of training. She weaves together elements of coaching along with yoga philosophy and movement to create a powerful embodied experience. She’s exuberant, rich in knowledge, playful and deep.

Patrick The Osteo

Patrick Dunn is a licensed Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (DOMP), a Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT), and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN). 

Anatomy is the foundation of osteopathy and a sacred science Patrick is passionate about. Treating the body as a whole, Patrick works alongside patients with the goal of assessing and treating the root cause of their ailments. With over 10 years of osteopathic education Patrick continues his studies in gross anatomy, neuroanatomy, fascial studies and embryology
